    • Pizza Workshop at 10C in Guelph- February 14th

      Ever wanted to make your own pizza from scratch? Crowded Table Pizza is hosting an interactive pizza workshop at 10C Shared Space in downtown Guelph on Saturday February 14 from 6pm-9pm. 

      Designed for beginners and food lovers alike, sessions  will combine hands-on dough-making with an engaging look at the science, stories, and local food systems behind great pizza.

Allison Leroux is a chef, musician, and educator based in Ontario. She is the founder of Crowded Table Pizza (a farm-to-table project rooted in local agriculture) and other projects at the intersection of food, music, and culture through place-based storytelling.
